IP67 protection class I/O System that includes both today and tomorrow’s needs. This new I/O system; It has features such as ETHERNET based protocols for fast connections (eg PROFINET), UPC UA and internal Webserver support, and connection to cloud systems via MQTT protocol if requested in the future. Also; The system is also ready for TSN, the key technology for end-to-end, flexible, powerful and secure communication.
I/O System; it supports all major ETHERNET protocols and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) standards. New IP67 I/O system; With its high level of flexibility, it will be the heart of your configuration in your different applications and machines. Regardless of product types, they all have fully encapsulated metal cases for harsh environments, as well as lightweight, un molded plastic cases for mobile applications. System; it includes slim body variants and side mounting options that provide more space and additional protection options.
The product with IO-Link communication support; As a flexible “IO Distributor” for both data collection and data distribution, it puts its power ahead of us. The prominent IO-Link communication standard; It provides a unique data flow from sensor level to control level. This simplifies both configuration and wiring. In addition, features of IO-Link; It reveals the possibility of applications such as error detection, parameterization and device identification.
Sensors and actuators are connected to the system with M8 and M12 cables. Connection to the I/O system area; It is made with L code high current M12 connectors, which are smaller and cheaper than standard 7/8 inches or M23 connectors. This design; It provides power up to 16A, allowing more power connections to the smaller area.
