In mega yachts, huge numbers of signals should be collected, processed and visualized. Yacht engine, generators, position of the doors, valves, fire alarms, NMEA (National Marine Electronics Association) data collection, occupancy levels, helicopter area information, working hours, wastewater information, HVAC, CCTV, energy management, maintenance and repair information are only it is few. When all these are combined, more than 10,000 signals must be processed. WAGO controls collect 5000 signals directly. The remaining 5000 signals are recorded with special communication modules. Yacht engine and generators generate the highest data (700 signals). 10 different variables are defined for the signals in the monitoring and control system (MCS). For example, these are temperature, service message, pressure, alarm etc. can. The recorded 10,000 data points are transferred to the monitoring and control system (MCS) with 100,000 variables.

Codesys codes are created from an excel parameter list with a special program. Alarms are processed by standardized attitudes by controllers, minimizing the chance of making mistakes.
