PTC Thermistor and Resistance Sensors Integration

The new 8 Channel PTC Digital Input Module, as well as 4 and 8-Channel RTD Analog Input Modules have been added to the WAGO automation system to extend its functionality.

8 Channel PTC Digital Input Module

PTC Digital Input Module (750-1425) has eight channels and is connected with PTC thermistors. It can be used for thermal monitoring (overload protection) of motors, machinery and bearings according to DIN 44081 and DIN 44082 standards. Up to six PTC thermistors can be connected in series per channel. If the nominal response temperature is exceeded, the module image sets itself in the input process. The PTC Digital Input Module has one LED green and red status per channel to indicate overtemperature and cable faults. Field and system levels are electrically isolated.

RTD Analog input modules have high resolution and accuracy, as well as multiple setting options.
