Signal Converters processing analog signals, frequency, temperature etc. It is an automation component used to read the values, strengthen weak currents, isolators to protect the system from adverse effects from the field and to safely process the signals. The quality of the signal converters is important in protecting the system and getting the signals with the necessary accuracy. The accuracy of the measurements and the stability of the system depends on the performance of the transducers. Signal converters can be used in many different areas. Let’s now look at these applications to understand the functions of signal converters.
1- Position Measurement of Hydraulic Platform
Resistance measurement values from the potentiometer are converted to analog current or voltage values in the inverter and transferred to PLC. Thanks to its digital output, it is possible to enter the alarm state at the desired limit value or to stop the movement.

2- Threshold Switch
The analog measurement values coming from the level measurement sensor are evaluated in the inverter and they control the pump by activating the relay output at the desired lower and upper limit values.

4- Current Measurement with Rogowski Coil
Current measurement values are converted to analog values with a converter special for Rogowski sensor. It gives alarm at the value set with its digital output.

5- Speed Measurement with Namur input
It is possible to measure the frequency of pulses from an inductive sensor or any signal generator and convert them into analog values.
